Acts 2:17 NKJV — ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.
In a time of turmoil and uncertainty can hope and reassurance be found? The world has been bombarded by terror, racial violence, scandals, misleading media tactics and lawlessness. The hope of finding peace and a life of fulfillment seems to be impossible. Many false doctrines and religions claim that they are the answer but only to submit to a life of oppression. Revival is what is needed. Revival in the one true God. Revival is happening in the land down under, Australia.

Over the weekend of November 24, 2018, tens of thousands of Christians from around the world descended upon Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium for “Awakening Australia.” It was all a part of a mission to bring 100,000 Australians to Jesus in a country where most people describe themselves as having no religion at all. Awakening Australia staff spent the weekend preaching the gospel, leading people to Christ, and commissioning them to share the love of Jesus with other Australians.

The event kicked off with motivational speaker, evangelist, and limbless man Nick Vujicic. The event featured other artists and speakers including Bethel Music, Todd White, Heidi Baker, Jake Hamilton, Daniel Kolenda, Bill Johnson, Awakening Music, Jeremy Riddle, Lindy Conant and many more. Many responded to the Gospel and testified that the presence of the Holy Spirit was powerful. Salvations continued through the weekend with some even taking the Good News out into the streets.
The organizations then held mass baptisms for those who gave their lives to Christ. Organizers are already planning to hold another Awakening Australia in 2020.
John 14:26-27 NKJV — “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
God loves you and wants to be real in your life. Salvation through His only begotten son Jesus Christ is the only way to have everlasting life and the peace that the world so desperately needs. Revivals and events like the one in Australia are happening around the world and the Lord is inviting you to let Him into your life. He is at the door of your heart, pray and let Jesus Christ be your Lord and Saviour.
John 15:7-8 NKJV — “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. “By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
