Behind These Walls.

·

The Walls of Jericho

·

Joshua 6:1 NKJV — Now Jericho was securely shut up because of the children of Israel; none went out, and none came in.

·

Another “mountain” was in the way. After spending forty difficult years wandering in the desert, the people of Israel were now on the eastern banks of the Jordan River. Their challenge: take the land of Canaan, the Promised Land. However, their first obstacle was the city of Jericho, an unconquerable, walled city. Excavations there reveal that its fortifications featured a stone wall 11 feet high and 14 feet wide. At the top was a smooth stone slope, angling upward at 35 degrees for 35 feet, where it joined massive stone walls that towered even higher. It was virtually impregnable.

·

A Fortified Barrier

·

The people of Israel had just crossed over the Jordan River into the land of Canaan (Joshua 3:14–17). This was the land of milk and honey God had promised to Abraham over 500 years earlier (Deuteronomy 6:3, 32:49). Jericho stood in the way of God’s promise. The deliverance from Egypt, the parting of the Red Sea and the reception of God’s Holy Commandments had given the people of Israel the proof and purpose of a land they could call their own. How could they get past the obstacle before them?

·

Joshua 6:2-3 NKJV — And the LORD said to Joshua: “See! I have given Jericho into your hand, its king, and the mighty men of valor. “You shall march around the city, all you men of war; you shall go all around the city once. This you shall do six days.

·

The instruction given by God Jehova may have seemed a little awkward compared to how other campaigns were planned to overthrow cities but this was a test of faith.

·

Joshua 6:4-5 NKJV — “And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark. But the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. “It shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, that all the people shall shout with a great shout; then the wall of the city will fall down flat. And the people shall go up every man straight before him.”

·

And the Walls Came Tumbling Down

·

Joshua followed God’s instructions to the letter. When the people did finally shout, the massive walls collapsed instantly, and Israel won an easy victory. Because Joshua and the Israelites had faith and did what God had instructed the path was cleared to enter the Promised Land.

·

Our faith seems to be tested on a daily basis. The events of the last 18 months, especially since the unfortunate events of January 6, 2021, has left us wondering, “Is there anything we can put our faith in?” – We have seen our national leaders take actions that are making us scratch our heads and ask, “What’s next?”

·

An Occupied Capitol

·

National Guard troops have taken up residency in Washington D.C. and it’s leaving a lot of people asking, “Why?” – Considering the violence and the burning of our cities during the summer of 2020, we witnessed our leaders respond slowly and sometimes not at all to the lawlessness running amok in our troubled communities. When it came to the events of January 6th, the response was quick but questioned by many peace loving groups. Washington D.C. is beginning to look a lot like a city under siege and under martial law. Our government leaders seem to be creating their own “Green Zone” where only they can freely roam and enjoy the spoils of freedom while they demand the rest of the nation to submit to their rules and regulations. They fear freedom for all people when they feel it should only be for themselves. Their actions give the impression that they have something to hide. The question being raised is, “What are they hiding and protecting?”

Under Military Watch

·

Ephesians 5:11-13 NKJV — And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.

·

Is there a secret that the Nation’s Capital has that our leaders do not want us to know? Some seem to think so and the optics seem to support their beliefs. America’s capital is full of symbols, but not all of those images are purely patriotic. Masonic symbols in D.C. appear at the Capitol Building, the Washington Monument and the Pentagon, likely paying homage to the Founding Fathers who were Masons. Other D.C. symbols might represent less mainstream groups. Some people believe that symbols of the occult, the Illuminati, and Satanic societies are dotted throughout the city.

·

A few of these rumors are easy to debunk. Other stories of secret symbols in D.C. are grounded in fact and regardless of what you believe, these tales add an intriguing dimension to this historic region. Let us look at some examples – *Note: Books and articles have been written and documented about these symbols along with many retractures.*

·

The Washington Monument

The Washington Monument Is A Satanic Obelisk.

Obelisks have been built since ancient times but why did Robert Mills and the Washington National Monument Society choose this shape to memorialize America’s first president?  Some people point to the importance of obelisks to the Freemasons. The Washington Monument stands at 555 feet tall, or 6,660 inches – similar to the biblical “mark of the beast” which is the number 666. – However, skeptics point to the fact that, when the Washington Monument was being designed in the 19th century, classic architectural design elements from the ancient Greek and Egyptian civilizations experienced a popular resurgence. According to this view, the architects of the monument were simply following the trends of the time. Still, it undeniably was not a biblical design.

·

The Pentagon

The Pentagon Is A Satanic Symbol Of Infinity.

The Pentagon takes its name from its unique shape: A five-sided pentagon, or pentagram; however, some people believe its infinite design (as it is a pentagram surrounded by other, slightly large concentric pentagrams) is a sign of the occult. – In reality, the Pentagon was built in the 1940’s under President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and its unique shape was chosen in order to maximize space, rather than to reference the occult.

The House of the Temple

There’s A Masonic Temple Near The White House.

There is actually a Masonic temple close to the White House. This building, called the House of the Temple, is the home of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry. Freemason headquarters have been reported to exist all over the U.S., confirming this may actually be a Masonic temple close to the White House. Free public tours are given on a regularly scheduled basis.

.

Are these buildings a symbol of some strange connection between the Founding Fathers and various pagan gods, or were they simply subject to the neoclassical trends that were popular at the time of their construction? Researchers and historians can only speculate but we must also look at a feature, that for some, intrigues inquiring minds.

The Streets of D.C.

The Streets Form A Pentagram With The White House At Its Apex.

When looking at a map of Washington, D.C., you’ll see that the area encompassing the White House, its lawn, and many of the surrounding streets looks like a pentagram, or five-sided star. It’s not an exact pentagram; a perfect pentagram has five equal sides, and the one formed in D.C. does not. – According to some, an inverted pentagram has Satanic meanings, and one with a goat’s head drawn within it is the symbol of the Church of Satan. Those who believe this symbol does appear in the map of D.C. refer to it as the “goat head” and think Freemasons also played a part in the city’s design. However, Pierre L’Enfant, who laid out the streets on this grid in 1791, wasn’t a mason

The Troops Remain

·

Are the troops protecting the Nation’s Capital or some secret occultic agenda? No one seems to know and the mainstream news media will not ask or will feed the public the political rhetoric that clogs the arteries of a nation’s failing heart. With steel wire fencing and blockades placed at the people’s national monuments, deflecting, vague answers to probing questions, the newly elected officials have taken power and control over it’s subjects, constructed a “wall” to prevent its people from reaching the land of freedom, liberty and justice for all. The time has come to pray, seek God to find a way to peacefully bring down the  “wall” that our leaders have built so that “We The People” can continue chasing the American dream we all desire.

Sound the Alarm

·

The apostle Paul assures us;

·

Romans 15:4 NKJV — For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.

·

The description of the complete obliteration of Jericho was recorded in Scripture in order to teach us several lessons. Most important is that obedience, even when God’s commands seem unconventional, brings victory. When we are faced with seemingly insurmountable odds, we must learn that our Jericho victories are won only when our faithful obedience to God is complete;

·

Hebrews 5:9 NKJV — And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,

·

1 John 2:3 NKJV — Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments.

·

1 John 5:3 NKJV — For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

·

The power of God is supernatural, beyond our comprehension (Psalm 18:13–15; Daniel 4:35; Job 38:4–6). The walls of Jericho fell, and they fell instantly. The walls collapsed by the sheer power of God. The scriptures tell us that God keeps His promises (Joshua 6:2, 20). The walls of Jericho fell because God said they would. God’s promises to us today are just as certain. They are just as unswerving. They are exceedingly great and wonderfully precious commandments.(Hebrews 6:11–18; 10:36; Colossians 3:24).

·

Joshua and the Israelites carried out the commands of God and conquered Jericho. God gave them victory over an enemy that was trying to keep them out of the Promised Land. So it is with us today: if we have true faith, we are compelled to obey God, and God gives us victory over the enemies that we face throughout life. Jesus reminds us to have faith and what we must do if the barriers that block us seems impossible to overcome;

·

Matthew 17:20-21 NKJV — “ …I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. “However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”

·

Obedience to God’s Holy Word is the clear evidence of faith. Our faith is the evidence to others that we truly believe in our Heavenly Father. We can conquer and be victorious through life by faith and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ.

·

Ephesians 2:8-9 NKJV — For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
